6th Gr. One-Point Perspective Drawings

One-Point Perspective Aerial View of City
Students learned how to draw in one-point perspective.  Drawing in perspective helps the artist achieve realism, depth, and space in the artwork.  They also considered the composition of their artwork and carefully balanced the objects on the page.  Students applied their knowledge by drawing an aerial view of a city in one-point perspective and coloring their buildings look help their city look three dimensional!
