Awesome Bookmarks!

For one of their sketchbook assignments, my students designed bookmarks for our school library, each class voted for the top 2 designs. I printed them on card stock and put them in the library for all students to use.  They are very popular!

   

 

6th Grade Stuffed Animal Mascots

Stuffed Animal Mascots!

Students designed and created these cute stuffed animals, or Mascots as we call them, because they are good luck charms!  Students learned how to sew by hand, including the running stitch, oversewing stitch, and how to sew on a button.
