Students learned about Japanese Paper Marbling and made several beautiful pieces of marbled paper (Suminagashi) using liquid watercolor paint and shaving cream. Students then made Zentangles on their paper. Zentangle is a fun and relaxing way to draw using lines, shapes, and patterns that increases, focus, creativity, and dexterity. We Also made Origami out of the marbled paper. They look great hanging in the lunchroom!
